Docupath's review screen lets your team check and correct document data before it reaches downstream systems. With this release, Docupath learns from those corrections. When reviewers make the same fix consistently on documents from the same party, Approver Memory applies it automatically to the next one, so that your team can focus on the real exceptions.
Your team's know-how, built in
Reviewers know things no system has been told: how a supplier writes its units, which column holds the right article code, which prefix needs removing. Until now, that knowledge stayed with the reviewer and was applied one document at a time. Now Docupath applies it for them.
With Approver Memory, Docupath can:
Apply recurring corrections automatically. Replace a value, reformat it, or take it from another field, the way your reviewers already do.
Cut repeat work. Reviewers spend their time on genuinely new issues, not the same fix on every order.
Deliver cleaner data. Documents from known trading pairs arrive already corrected and system-ready.
Learns from people, not guesswork
Approver Memory learns only from corrections a reviewer made and approved. Auto Review approvals and system edits never count. A correction becomes a lesson only after it is approved on three documents in a row within 90 days, with nobody reversing it.
Each lesson applies to one trading party pair, one document type and one field. A correction learned on one party’s documents never affects another's.
Transparent and easy to reverse
Every value Approver Memory changes is clearly labelled. Its hover card shows what was printed, what changed, and the earlier documents and reviewers the lesson came from. If a reviewer changes a value back, even once, the lesson switches off immediately.

Safe by default
Critical values are never touched. Amounts, quantities, prices, tax, dates, trading party and bank details, and document numbers such as PO or invoice numbers are never changed.
Your rules come first. Values set by your own rules, instructions or trading party records are never overridden.
Suggestions for sensitive changes. Where reviewers repeatedly fill an empty field or correct trading party details, Approver Memory raises a suggestion for the account team instead of acting on its own.
