Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant to join our growing pre-sales team in EU/US. In this role, you will be the technical and functional expert in our sales cycles — helping potential partners and enterprise end-users understand how Docupath can solve their most complex document automation challenges. You will partner closely with our sales and partner teams to run demonstrations, build proof-of-concept solutions, and support deals from first conversation through to signed contract.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable presenting to a CFO and discussing integration architecture with a technical team. You understand the AI and document automation space, can translate complex capabilities into clear business value, and love the energy of winning a deal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements for enterprise prospects across European markets.
  • Partner with account executives to qualify opportunities, develop solution proposals, and progress deals through the pipeline.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with accuracy and depth.
  • Configure demo environments to reflect specific prospect use cases and industry contexts.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally — feeding back insights and requirements to product and engineering teams.
  • Support commercial negotiations with technical and functional input.
  • Build and maintain a library of demo environments, case studies, and reusable solution templates.
  • Stay current on Docupath’s product roadmap, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Represent Docupath at industry events and customer meetings across Europe.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales engineering, or technical sales in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills — comfortable engaging with both C-level executives and technical teams.
  • Experience running enterprise product demonstrations and PoC engagements.
  • Understanding of document processing, workflow automation, or AI/ML solutions is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work consultatively and build trust with a range of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent sales cycles with different timelines and requirements.
  • Based in Europe or the US with the right to work in your country of residence.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Intelligent Document Processing, document automation, OCR, or similar platforms.
  • Technical background or ability to engage confidently in API and integration discussions.
  • Proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Spanish, German, French, Dutch).
  • Experience using CRM and pre-sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong).
