Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to help establish and grow Docupath’s presence across Europe and the US. This is a broad, generalist role suited to someone who thrives across multiple marketing disciplines — from demand generation and content to events and brand. You will work closely with our sales and leadership teams to drive pipeline, build brand awareness, and produce the materials that support our growth across the region.
If you are a self-starter who can own execution end-to-end, move fast, and bring structure to a growing marketing function, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels including paid, organic, email, and social media.
- Create compelling content — blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and social media posts — that supports pipeline and thought leadership goals.
- Support event planning and participation including trade shows, webinars, and partner events across Europe and the US.
- Work with Partner to enable them to embed Docupath in their value proposition and go-to-market activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop collateral, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics, contributing to pipeline and brand awareness targets.
- Work with the graphic design and product teams to maintain visual and messaging consistency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or technology.
- Proven ability to work across multiple marketing functions — content, digital, demand generation, and events.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and reporting on campaign performance.
- Self-starter who is comfortable managing their own workload in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Based in Europe with the right to work in your country of residence.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing AI, document automation, or enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Proficiency in an additional European language (e.g., German, French, Dutch).
- Experience working with or briefing graphic designers and creative teams.
