Role Overview

We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to own and grow Docupath's partner ecosystem across European markets. In this role, you will manage relationships across a diverse mix of resellers, value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators, consultancies, and technology partners — ensuring our partners are enabled, engaged, and generating consistent revenue.  This is a relationship-first, commercially driven role. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your partner portfolio, working closely with our sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure partners have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to successfully position and sell the Docupath platform. You bring a structured approach to partner management, a strong commercial instinct, and the ability to build lasting relationships across diverse partner types.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop a portfolio of channel and strategic partners across European markets, serving as their primary point of contact at Docupath.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across partner organisations — from sales teams to technical leads to executive sponsors.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through enablement, joint planning, and active pipeline collaboration.
  • Develop and execute partner account plans, including joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling motions, and revenue targets.
  • Lead partner onboarding — ensuring new partners are equipped with the product knowledge, sales tools, and support resources to go to market effectively.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key partners to track performance, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges.
  • Work closely with the sales team to manage co-sell opportunities, ensure deal registration processes are followed, and resolve channel conflicts.
  • Collaborate with product and delivery teams to relay partner feedback, surface integration requirements, and advocate for partner-driven roadmap input.
  • Monitor partner health metrics proactively and develop action plans to address underperformance or disengagement.
  • Identify opportunities to expand partner relationships — including cross-selling additional Docupath capabilities or developing new joint solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and growing a diverse partner ecosystem with measurable revenue impact.
  • Experience working with multiple partner types — resellers, system integrators, consultancies, and/or technology partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience structuring and negotiating partner agreements.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Organised and data-driven approach to partner planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Based in Europe with the right to work in your country of residence.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in document automation, AI, or enterprise workflow software.
  • Proficiency in an additional European language (e.g., German, French, Dutch).
  • Familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) tools or CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Background in financial services, insurance, or other document-intensive industries.
  • Experience building or formalising a channel programme from early stages.

Why Join Docupath?

  • Work in a fast-growing, globally expanding AI company with real customers, real demand, and minimal early-stage risk.
  • Be part of a flat, innovation-driven culture that encourages ownership, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Own Docupath's partner relationships in Europe and directly shape our channel strategy.
  • Make a genuine impact in a company where your contributions matter.
  • Competitive salary, with strong opportunities for career and leadership growth.
