Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to own Docupath’s visual identity across all marketing channels. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our brand — producing high-quality marketing assets that span digital campaigns, social media, sales collateral, event materials, and beyond. You will work closely with the marketing team to bring campaign concepts to life and ensure Docupath looks as sharp and credible as the product we’ve built.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their craft, has a strong instinct for brand consistency, and can manage multiple projects at pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials including social media graphics, email templates, presentations, brochures, and event collateral.
• Own and evolve Docupath’s brand identity and design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all customer-facing materials.
• Create compelling visual content for campaigns across digital and print channels.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaign briefs into finished creative assets.
• Design graphics and visual elements for the Docupath website and landing pages.
• Produce motion graphics, animated assets, and video thumbnails as required.
• Review and quality-check all creative output before publication.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong interest and curiosity in creative AI tools.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, digital marketing assets, and marketing collateral.
• Sharp eye for detail with a strong command of typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly on creative work.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Exposure to UI/UX design or product marketing asset creation.
• Experience working in an AI, SaaS, or tech startup environment.
• Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS.
